1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and using the services provided by SwiftBills, you enter into a binding legal agreement subject to these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from creating an account or using our invoicing software.
2. Account Security & Registration
To log in and save business preferences, you must authenticate through our secure portals:
- You agree to provide true, current, and complete business credentials during profile setup.
- You are solely responsible for protecting your account security, passwords, and API config keys.
- SwiftBills will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account stemming from compromised credentials.
3. Platform Usage Rules
You agree to utilize SwiftBills strictly for legitimate business management operations. Under these terms, you must not:
- Issue fraudulent invoices, bill for non-existent deliverables, or simulate payment links to mislead customers.
- Upload malicious code, bypass Row-Level Security, or exploit interface bugs to access other merchant accounts.
- Reverse engineer our invoicing pipelines, layout compilers, or storage setups.
4. Tax & GST Compliance Disclaimer

SwiftBills serves strictly as an operational software dashboard for invoice compiling. We do not provide tax filing, corporate structure guidance, or certified accounting consultations.
It is your absolute responsibility to configure item tax rates (CGST, SGST, IGST) accurately and input correct client and merchant GSTIN identifiers. The platform calculations are automation aids only. You are solely responsible for audits, regulatory compliance, and filings before taxation authorities (such as the GST Portal).
5. Limitation of Liability
SwiftBillsis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.
To the absolute extent permitted by law, developer Rishi Raj Bhargava and its partners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes business losses, tax penalty assessments, payment gateway calculation discrepancies (Razorpay link timeouts), data sync gaps, or loss of transactional data caused by hosting service interruptions.
6. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to your invoicing portal at our discretion, without prior notice, if we identify violations of these terms, fraudulent invoice generation, or illegal activities using the system.
Upon account termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You can export your invoices and customers anytime prior to closing your account.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your usage of this software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
