• Client Data: Customer lists, billing addresses, contact numbers, email addresses, and GSTIN registration codes of your clients.
• Transaction Data: Invoice metadata, line items, CGST/SGST/IGST breakdown, payment status (paid, sent, void), and payment records.

The data collected serves to sustain platform functionality and business compliance, including:

• Securing and maintaining your business login session.
• Generating accurate PDF invoices bearing your custom logo, signature, and payment instructions.
• Managing your customer directories for frictionless recurring billing.
• Compiling statistical sales overviews and distribution metrics on your dashboard.
• Generating online payment triggers and maintaining real-time transaction updates.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your business information or customer lists to third-party advertising services.

• Strict Tenant Isolation: Our system utilizes strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies within our database cluster. This ensures your invoices, customer lists, and statistics are only accessible by you, entirely shielded from other registered merchants.
• Storage Integrity: Digital assets (logos and signatures) uploaded to our secure storage buckets are strictly bound to your tenant context.
• Session Authentication: Secured by enterprise-level Supabase Auth, preventing unauthorized access to your billing ledger.

5. Integrations & Payment Gateways

We integrate with trusted payment gateways and infrastructure partners:

• Razorpay: If you configure payment triggers, transaction request URLs are securely piped to Razorpay. Payment statuses are updated via secure webhooks.
• Supabase: Our underlying authentication, databases, and file systems are hosted on Supabase compliance infrastructure.

These partners handle your payment links and files in strict compliance with industry standards (like PCI-DSS).

6. Your Rights

You maintain full ownership of your data:

• Access and Modify: You can view, replace, or delete your brand assets, phone numbers, and profile details anytime via your dashboard profile settings.
• Data Erasure: If you wish to close your account and permanently remove all transactional records, you can submit a deletion request to support.
